"Bed was terrific. Large room was dated but clean with a fridge and stove. Large bathroom and spacious shower. Nice breakfast with service. Inner court yard full of plants and trees. Very relaxing peaceful place to stay in the heart of downtown, close to grocery shopping and restaurants. $1 bus to the hotel zone and gorgeous public beaches. Pool was small but you could still enjoy some lap swimming. "

"Perfect location in Cancun. Walking distance to car rental, restaurants and shopping. Space to park your car rental with onsite security. Team members respond quickly and the place was nice and clean. I definitley would stay there again."

"This place is an amazing place to stay. It’s conveniently located, with nice rooms and friendly, professional staff. There are also many dining options nearby, and I feel safe in the area."

"The problem was the bathroom, would not flush properly and we had to keep extra water collecting it from the shower. The bathroom design needs some improvement, either you place some electric connections inside the bathroom or a mirror outside so you can fix your hair and look at it. Bigger counters are needed inside the bathroom sink area and shower area."

"Staying at Ixum for the night was a treat! Lorea and all the staff were kind, present, eager to make this experience an unforgettable one! The food (and the dirty horchata) was incredible. I had to walk to take the bus, but my GPS was out of control and brought me back to the hotel after 25 minutes walk under the sun. They drove me to the bus station. Will definitely go back asap!"
