"Whilst room was clean. & reasonably comfortable... BEWARE .. appreciative of an early check in approx noon - but after unpacking open the curtains huge construction literally 2 metres from window so worked out why we obtained it! -disappointing as obviously hotel was not full. without our knowledge an amount of 500chf was charged to our CC (Although full amount was paid on arrival!) & put 'on hold' only found out when checking out.. apparently an administrative error??!! said they would adjust it but not really good when u r travelling for weeks"

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Well located near the main train station, tram, and close to shopping. Rooms were clean but dated. No air conditioning so imagine it would very hot in summer. Good hairdryer in room, contrary to other reviews. Coffee maker in room also. Safe in room did not work. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were awful. So thin even folded in half . Quiet ."

They provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in the city and kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring Zurich. I would also like to thank Expedia for making the booking process smooth and straightforward. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would happily stay here again."

"We had a long day, we were tired and after navigating Zurich streets & traffic finding a parking space - frustrating to say the least, we arrived and attempted the self checkin (I had registered earlier that day) but was having trouble opening my account etc.. The receptionist, wish I could remember her name, starts with 'M', was an absolute lifesaver. She calmly took care of us, got us a physical key, directed us to the parking ramp, and basically reset us from our downward spiral. Other than that, the hotel was perfect for our stay. Thanks."
