"The villa's garage, the only entrance to the upstairs room, lacks an external control for the garage door. This forces me to rely on hotel staff to open and close it whenever I leave, a significant inconvenience that even led me to skip breakfast. Additionally, the restroom door's constant squeaking noise needs to be addressed."
