"We had a slight unpleasant check in experience with the staff. Miko took the initiative to contact us and she goes above and beyond to take care of us for the rest of the stay. This is the fourth time we stayed at this hotel and it will be our first choice to stay in Hong Kong for the years to come. Thanks Miko"

"Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit. Thank you. God bless."

"The room is of decent size for HK. The washroom is quite small and the wash sink was the down side. Way too small to wash your face or brush your teeth! Room was cleaned properly each day and towels replaced. Air conditioning was also very effective. The location is the best if you want to be in heart of Kowloon. Overall a good stay."
