「Absolutely loved this hotel !!」

「No housekeeping all weekend. Had to call and ask for extra towels twice.」

「Advertised with free breakfast - there was no breakfast. Put us in third floor with no working elevators. Outside stairs were the only access and they were in bad shape. Stained sheets. No room to get in the bathroom between the door and toilet. Dirty and stinky.」

「Property is in a great location with easy access to Winter Park resort. There is plenty of parking and the staff were always helpful with any enquiries.」

「This was a bargain stay, at a no frills place. NO ELEVATOR! After a 17 hour travel day, that about did us in. The room was clean, the pillows were old, the sheets were comfy. Be aware, next to the hotel, there is some type of plant, or manufacturing/metal grinding? going on. The noise went on all night. We travel with earplugs, so we still got some sleep. Just your basic hotel. No major complaints.」

「Check in was a breeze, especially since we didnt check in until late. Parking was limited...we had to park 3 doors away. Room was quiet and clean. Entire place was outdated but clean so we didnt mind the old ceiling tile and paneling. Floor recently replaced with engineered or laminated flooring.」

「Bathroom was upgraded, not much water pressure and shower head is short, beds uncomfortable and very hard. They do have a self-service kiosk for check-in. Light is outside the bathroom door - weird because then you have to disrupt others with a bright light before you can go in and shut the door. Overall, over-priced for what you get.」

「We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and very helpful. On our last day the area got a ton of snow and a staff member was going around clearing all the vehicles in the lot. Could not have asked for a better experience.」

「Burned out light in the room, but front seat staff got me a new one. 11am checkout is too early. Should be noon. Breakfast looked ok, did not eat it. Not very many dining options near the hotel.」

「Hotel itself was very clean, never got breakfast, so can’t speak for that. Lyft and Uber were very scattershot to get to and from Evergreen and didn’t want to take the chance for Red Rocks getting stranded. Biggest pet peeve was a mysterious 15 dollar a day charge they gave me. Hotel policy for access to pools and hot tubs I didn’t use. I’m sure it’s hidden somewhere in some page and subsection in Expedia disclosure, but still sucks and probably could have done better just calling hotel...

「We enjoyed our stay. Pillows are terrible and I hated the mattress. It’s an old spring style that moves around when your partner moves. The shower supplies were empty and there weren’t any tissues in the room. The temp was comfortable and the view was pretty. Overall, we had a great time.」
