「A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.」

「The office is always locked but there is a phone number to call. The room was good. Clean, but a broom in the room would've been handy with all the sand. 「There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! 」

「All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!」
