「Great property 」

「Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....

「The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. 「The room we were staying in had a lot of gnats in the bathroom. I ended up fixing the problem by: 1) Putting towels over the sink drain + shower drain. 2) Using paper towels to completely insulate the window that was in the bathroom. I think the hotel should be able to fix the problem themselves + not rely on guests to figure it out. If it wasn't for gnats our first 1-2 days there before I solved it this hotel would be an easy 5 star with very reasonable price + easy access to Wailea...

「The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids.
