"The location was exceptional, as it is right near the leaning tower. The receptionist was helpful by allowing us to leave our backpacks before check-in time. It is located above many restaurants. The room is clean and air conditioning is functioning well. However, the photo that advertised the place conveys the impression that our room has a frontal view of the leaning tower. But we have to poke our head out of the window to see the tower. That said, it is still an excellent choice for our visit."

"Room was charming and very Italian. Staff were helpful once we found the property but FINDING the property was a challenge. Google maps does not have good directions, it will lead you into an infinite loop of parking lots around a hospital and office buildings that exist on the backside of the leaning tower plaza. You need to do STREET parking that's a block across from the leaning tower plaza. Then walk the distance to the hotel. You will not be able to reach the hotel any other way, so don't rely on google maps. Staff were accommodating and understanding of our troubles arriving so late. Room was comfortable and had air conditioning - a major plus for June in Italy."
