The B&B was very clean, comfortable and very well managed. There are a few restaurants in the block and a few more within walking distance. The owner/ manager is most helpful and accommodating.

Liked the room and location to airport. Did not like the fact that there was no fresh fruit for breakfast and that the check out was 10am (the check out should be changed to at least 11am)

This has to be hands down this best accommodation I have ever stayed in. From the friendly welcome of Michele picking us up from the airport to the surprise of opening the door to see how much of an effort has gone in to the property . Michele even booked us a table at local restaurant as recommended by himself & also got me some bread to have toast in the morning ( cheers Michele) .The is without doubt a credit to Michele & Ivana . Will definitely stay again if in Pisa . Thank you Steve & Kathy

This prooerty was easily walkavlw from the trai station and for all the attractions of Verona. It was very clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed to the property and provided with recommendations for the area. The ice cream shop over the road is excellent!

The property is on a busy main road that leads from Pisa to the Airport, and it's about a 5 minute walk to the airport. This is convenient if you have an early flight. The property is very clean and has good AC and a good bathroom. However there were 3 issues for us: 1) The check-in was completely remote. We communicated over WhatsApp with the owner, and used a keysafe to get in. Ok for us but would be harder for anyone who might not be as comfortable with IT. 2) Breakfast was too small and again was completely self-service. One very small pastry each, and access to about 3 types of cereal. Basic coffee or Tea - we had stayed in about 10 properties in our tour of Italy including hotels, B&Bs, Villas, and Agriturismos, and had got used to a morning cappuccino made for us. This breakfast was very basic and was a sad end to the holiday. 3) Our bathroom was across the hallway - it was not ensuite. I looked and this was not mentioned by Expedia and made a big difference - with an ensuite you can easily move from bedroom to bathroom and back. With this layout, we had to get dressed, walk across the hall, unlock the (private) bathroom, then lock it, get undressed again, have our shower (for instance), then dry and get dressed, unlock the bathroom, then lock it again, then walk across the hall to the bedroom. It was unexpected as it was not documented on the Expedia site when we booked.

Michele and Ivana made us welcome from the start to the finish. Fantastic place for either a stopover or a weeks vacation. Accommodation excellent, near the airport, near the train station, Michele gives you a guide to whats the best to visit, and best places to eat. Absolutely brilliantl!!!❤️🇮🇹❤️

We were allowed to check in very early with no additional charges. This really helped us. The bedroom was nice and very clean. The veranda was very small with two small chairs and a half table. The hosts were very nice and happy to assist you. There is a large breakfast room where you can help yourself to snacks and drinks. With a fridge in your room that has free water and fizzy drinks.

The owner was fabulous! He met at at the door and helped carry our luggage up the steps. The apartment was cute and very well put together. Looks exactly like the pictures. Only disappointed in the breakfast, but we went to a cute diner in town for brunch.

Everything was perfect! The host was very friendly and allowed us to check-in earlier. It is a walking distance from the airport, only 7min away and very close to the centre. Also, very clean bathroom. Nothing bad to report. I would book again if i would go back to Pisa.

One night stay

Spent one night here as stopover. Location is great with easy walking distance to Airport or Central station. Very modern and immaculate amenities. Breakfast is serve yourself which is good for an early start. We were even allowed to drop off luggage so we could do some sightseeing. Can’t recommended enough.
