"Btw, the whole service is good but there was a moment I found the service is quite bad. The inside t was at breakfast place where I asked for a lemon, the servant gave me a very bad smile and not a good feeling. I forgot her name. Actually I need the whole lemon instead of pieces"

"做check in 時的那位員工態度較差。其他每一員工，態度，服務都很好。房內每天亦有清潔。泳池水多蚊死C, 可以再乾淨D就更好。洗手間，沖涼房 內的物資，第1天用完，沒補給，毛巾收了，無擺下新的。房中玻璃杯用完，又收起，沒擺放新的。只是這些少問題，叫服務台便能解決。早餐Buffet 正常，無驚喜。總括這間酒店Villa 會再Book。十分好。屋內裝修和環境超好的。"

"各樣都滿意的，但 是次次等哥爾夫球車都等好耐，試過等半個鐘。很多職員不懂英語，但卻上前想幫助，又聽不懂，這真的有點困擾。"

"Air conditioner can not cool the room. The room was always humid during our stay, maybe because of raining days. Foods were good in all the restaurants."

"每天包豐富早餐，非常讚！ 而且酒店對面正是Sonasea 夜市,有吃的買的非常方便。 唯獨是房內枕頭比較軟， 沒有紙拖鞋提供，衣櫃內衣架不方便使用，其餘一切都很好。"

"We like the swimming pools and the cooking class organised on Tuesday a lot. The overall service and environment and cleanness are good. But food in Oku wasn’t as delicious as expected. The private candlelight dinner on the beach was so windy that we actually could not enjoy it slowly, the service and the view were good tho."

"從富國島機場出來，往右前方停車場，可乘17巴士前往，大約一小時車程，在VinHoliday站下車（有顯示酒店站名的）預先可以向酒店取得乘車QR code就不用付5萬盾車費，酒店位置佳，行去大富國很近，周邊多餐廳，大堂門口有免費巴士穿梭野生動物園及珍珠樂園，有個很大的泳池，房間整潔，但沒有紙巾供應，有露台，早餐不錯！"
