「A very disappointed experience! I booked this resort on Hotels.com, which clearly mentioned the room was equipped with private onsen. However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water! The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area….
