「Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Nguyen Shack so much! There is such lovely views from the room and eating area. The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home. My kids LOVED all of the animals and spent hours hanging out with them. We rented scooters and drove the route they recommended and stopped at Paradise cave. It was such a stunning drive. 「Convenient location, ac works well enough even on hot days. If noisey rain bothers you then I recommend you sleep on the bottom floor unless there is a chance of flooding. The hosts were very kind and the daughter speaks good English. They have free bicycles and cheap scooter rentals. Beautiful location with a restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away on the river side that serves increase food. 9/10 would come here again.」

「Very basic but fine. Great location near many restaurants and coffee shops. We werent able to reach the property at all prior to our stay to help arrange airport transfer. Note that there is no elevator although the owner was very nice and helped us carry our bags up to the third floor. We found multiple bugs on the bed, I think they were nothing invasive but the walls were also a bit dirty and the windowsills were full of water. The bathroom was clean but one of the toothbrush kits...

「The room was more than what we expected. It was spacious, neat and tidy. The toilet is also quite big, though it smells a little so we always have the toilet cover down. The staff would never miss a chance to sell you national park tour or pick up services(seems to be a norm in that area), but was very nice and are able to communicate in English. They were also very helpful by calling the tourism centre, which we booked our tour to national park since our tour guide was late. Another thing...

「Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.」
