Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were greeted with a smile all the time. They were helpful in organizing a driver to visit a cave and garden. Breakfast was good. Room was clean but needs a bit of a fix-up.

Simple and perfect. Rooms clean, great service and support on things to do, where to go. Booked scooters, rang venues and made bookings. Lovely breakfast and laundry done same day ready for departure. I stayed in a single room with 3 beds with my teenage kids for 3 nights and this location and remoteness was a highlight of our Vietnam trip.

Nice place in Phong Nha

Staff was very helpful arranging moped rentals and bus reservations. The cool pool is a real treat after a day off hot and humid exploring.

Active construction zone currently

This hotel would have been quite comfortable but, unforunately, it is currently a construction zone. They are doing an expansion in the back and the drillin concrete starts early in the morning and is directly beside the breakfast space and was directly under our room. Otherwise, the free bikes were good, breakfast was good, and Phong Nha was incredible.
