They didn't tell us they would be under construction when we booked making getting around the hotel difficult. We left a night early because our bed was horrible and the suite that stated 2 bedrooms was actually one bedroom and one small room with a full size bed no windows no vents.

The Logan Philadelphia, Curio Collection by Hilton
Staff was way too busy, despite many attempts to ask for room service, it was never done. Check in was more than an hour late, requests for towels took hours, and they called late at night - past 10pm and woke our sleeping children to “check in” on our stay.
