"My stay was horrible and I never been through this before. The manager forced us to pay before we arrived and charged my car convinced us to reserve that way. Then we arrived to a dirty room. We were moved to a room that the window was open all night and we didn’t know until the next day and my son was playing by it about to fall out. We went to Seaworld for about 9 hours and requested housekeeping but came back to the room just the way we left it and no housekeeping came at all. We had to make our own trash bags and go get our own towels because the dirty towels were still in the room. This was unacceptable and the manager told me she would give me points for a free stay with a Windham hotel but I’m still waiting. "

"Worst service and experience ever with any lodging, anywhere in the world. Made a 2 night reservation 3 weeks early. Paid for the reservation. Confirmed the reservation. Assigned room 216 when checking in over the phone. Arrived to be told that they overbooked and gave our room to someone else. They rebooked us into another hotel. They only booked us 1 night at the new location, but told us it was for 2. Then we were forced to check out after 1 day due to lack of vacancy at the second hotel. Aloft still refused to honor our 3-week old reservation and all other properties were booked. So instead of enjoying a weekend in San Antonio, we drove home and did not get to take the vacation we booked 3 weeks before. Staff did not care to discuss it. They were not concerned. It was my problem, not theirs. I was the one with nowhere for my family to sleep. It was my fault I did not arrive early enough despite already booking, paying, and checking in over the phone. Absolute worse experience of all “hospitality” industry experiences through my travels. Cockroaches and bedbugs would be more pleasant to deal with than Aloft hotels. "

"Out of date furniture, pull out couch bed had a huge stain, and a sheet that has been stuffed in there for who knows how long. Since it's and inward hotel, very noisy didn't help that there was a huge influx in children yelling and running around. Room smelled old."

"Room was very clean we barely interacted with staff besides a sweet lady from housekeeping Ice machine seems to always be broken this is our second stay at this location this time it was HOT inside of the hotel like unnecessary baking it wasn’t this hot during our last stay besides the scorching heat/humidity this is a great location not far from SA great attractions seeing how we were on vacation with our kiddos the mall & great foods was all less than 15 mins away "
