"Everything was great, only one complaint I had asked for a connecting room with my family members. When I checked in they could not honor my request. Even after I had received confirmation that my request had been granted. Other than that everything was great."

"This hotel let me make reservations, then when I arrived told me I wasn’t allowed to rent from them because I had smoked in the room on a previous stay. I don’t smoke. Then they didn’t want to refund my money, and called the police and had me trespassed from the property. It took 3 weeks to finally get a refund. Night staff were rude, couldn’t explain why they took the reservation, and what had been. Damaged supposedly on a previous stay. Trash, is the best thing to say about night staff."

"Everything was horrible. The condition of the hotel was a disaster. The only thing that was kept up was the lobby. The lady who checked me in was very nice to me and another guy on night shift was ok. I was traveling with my friend because our daughters had a cheer competition and the lady who checked her in was very very rude. There was a cockroach and her room and they sent the CHEF to come and grab it 😒. This was the worst experience ever from Hilton Garden. "
