「The hotel is ok average. Unfortunately, our room had the worst view (the indoor pool) and the front desk could not relocate us to a room with even an average view. The garden view was much better. The quality of the shampoo and body wash was bad with poor smell and not refreshing at all. The water pressure in the shower is so low. The restaurant staff service is below poor. We sat on the table for over 20 minutes and no one came to serve us. We decided to leave since if the service was that bad,...

「Our stay in the resort's Waterfront collection was great! The Junior suite was literally on the water with beautiful views. It's a large room with gas fireplace, jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks and a comfortable king bed. Nearby Black Bear restaurant on Main St. was a favorite, with only a two minute walk for great food. We didn't have the chance to use their kayaks or paddleboats, but did take advantage of the hot tub and indoor pool in the Lake House for post-hikes recovery. This was...

「I did not receive my room assignment or key code until after my reservation began. In fact, I had to call and complain to be issued a room and key. Additionally, one of the other rentals on this property was excessively partying and setting off fireworks in the backyard of the house. Creating an unsafe situation for any one in the immediate area. However, with no front desk there was no one to contact to express my IMMEDIATE safety concerns. I would be happy to share screen shots and videos...

「The room was clean, and the location was great. But there is no one in the reception, and no one was reachable by calling the contact number posted on the office door. If you booked on a third-party website, you are in trouble. I tried every way to contact the hotel but failed. Then contacted Expedia; they were able to get in contact with them. Finally, I was able to get check-in information after waiting outside for almost 2 hours.」
