Comme notre vol était tôt le matin, j'ai écrit à l'établissement 36 heures à l'avance pour demander si on pouvait avoir une boîte-déjeuner, mais n'ai reçu aucune réponse! À l'accueil, le très gentil jeune homme nous a invité à se présenter en peu à l'avance au buffet, nous informant que tout est habituellement sorti 15 minutes à l'avance. 「I liked the view, The manager (Andre) and front desk staff were very helpful. The room lacked a kettle and the internal phone system didn’t work. Room TV didn’t have the World Cup matches, with no TVs in any of the common areas either. Also the pool bar refuses to fulfill your drinks if it’s a cappuccino or similar, they ask you to go get it inside despite the hotel stating you can order at the pool bar.」
