It was a regular hotel. Staff were friendly, especially the bartender. The pool are was great. Getter to the hotel is a bit of a challenge because it's on one side of a motorway, so to get there and back you need to drive much further.

Great service

Great service. We arrived early and got free access to the pool and left our luggage for an hour before our room was ready. Free parking as well. One minus was that we couldn't close the window in our room. We informed the front desk before going out and they said they would check it. However, it was not fixed and we did not receive any information about it. This caused the room to be very warm and noisy. Overall a great hotel that could have been excellent.

The staff were superb, at the reception as well as the restaurant. They really enhanced my experience. I was upgraded when I arrived. I was helped with my many requests to book a bus to another city, explore the city centre, make recommendations for dinner, etc. The room was very comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

A wonderful hotel. Not too far from the airport and close enough to a shopping center to exchange money if need be or get a few shopping done. Also, the staff are lovely, the breakfast is great, the environs is safe and the hotel is very neat. Would totally recommend and if I do visit Albania again, I will be staying with them.
