The hotel has a great location with many places at walking distance. My room had a view of the Skanderbeg Square that was the icing on top, just outstandingly beautiful. Staff was very helpful and prompt at fulfilling any requests. The only thing I was not happy about was the AC in the room, as it did not cool enough and turned off when I left the room, so the room was hot when I came back. This was not helpful considering the crazy heat outside because I had to wait quite some time for the room to be at an ambient temperature (again, the AC did not cool much).

Hotel is nice. Really good location. Rooms simple with not many amenities. The staff at reception were not very friendly. If your room overlooks the square, be prepared for noise. Music kept us awake until 1:00 AM. Boom boom boom !

Loved this hotel. Central location, friendly staff. Great breakfast. My only piece of advice is to start breakfast earlier as a lot of day trips leave at 6am. But this did not impact on my enjoyment of the hotel. I would definitely come back.
