「Overall a great stay as always. Vegetarian options limited for the evening meal. Staff helpful and welcoming , room lovely. Lovely garden in the sunshine, oh and great beer!」

「TV not working. Dated room but comfortable and perfectly acceptable. Very basic breakfast. Spa with 75% of facilities operational.」

「The staff were great the room was great,but the breakfast was a not a fry up but a continental breakfast and I think it should be mentioned as the advert says great breakfast and should have described it correctly 」

「5 b - Top floor and lovely view over Mumbles/Swansea Bay. The room is very spacious - living room facilities, small kitchenette area (fridge and kettle, simple breakfast items of yoghurt, cereal, juice and welsh cakes, fresh milk and tea and coffee included), huge comfy bed, lovely bathroom and shower. All very clean. 4th stay at this property. 」

「Lovely little guest house, shower and toilet in the room not a seperate bathroom. Light breakfast available but unfortunately 2 out of four mornings there was no milk left for cereal and a drink. Lovely pup very near with great food 」

「Beautiful location. Straightforward to locate and ample parking, which was great. Warm welcome and easy check-in. Room was very hot (radiators work well!); helpful assistance provided to turn radiators off. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately power outage (while I was asleep) meant TV turned itself on in the night! Lovely to have tea, coffee and a small biscuit. Would have been wonderful if there were a bottle of water, though this was offered on check out fire the drive...

「Faultless」

「I am sorry to say that the property was not what I expected. The area to park in was chaotic with cars parked all over the place so when I arrived after a traumatic journey, I was trying to find a place to park in the pitch black with no lights apart from my car lights. The room was not hoovered. The ‘kitchenette’ was dangerous due to the curtains being close to the air fryer. The toilet seat was loose, broken. There was barely a hello from the owner and he watched as I struggled in the rain...
