"The room was smaller but clean and adequate. Although the building is older, the property appeared maintained. "

"We arrived by the entrance on the parking lot side, which was unlocked most of the time, even at night, and allows anyone to enter to the second floor without any control. When we arrived a smoker entered before us, using the elevator while still smoking, so the elevator smelled like a frat party afterwards. Nothing was done about it when we checked in. It feels like the place is understaffed. The first room we had had a wonky desk with a broken leg. No luggage stand was provided in this suite.The pillows smelled. When we moved to the second room, the toilet was a wobbly adventure. There was no toilet paper holder, just a patch on the wall were it was supposed to be. No hair dryer in this one. The bedsheets were stained. If you like piles of dirty towels on the floor in the hallway, this is the place for you! When we mentioned these problems, neither Expedia nor the hotel gave us any solution."

"We had a fantastic day here at the Priory Hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy and great pillows We love the pre-order breakfast. It worked so great for our schedule and the croissants were delicious."
