「Good staff」

「We have stayed at St George’s hotel many times but feel its previously high standards are slipping. At breakfast there was six dirty bowls and two dirty bowls the next morning. We waited 25 minutes for our cooked breakfast and the rolls on the first morning were rock hard. The evening meal choice was not great and expensive so we ate out both nights. Our bathroom tiled floor needed re grouting and had a badly cracked tile in, also the hair and body shampoo hadn’t been refilled which was...
