Cheap place to stay compared to other properties in Miami area so must consider that. Property is a bit outdated and could use renovations but room was very clean which is important. Last night we had a mishap. Sewerage backup into our tub (liquid only). Nasty but the rectified it immediately and gave us a new room on second floor. Overall happy with property for the price and would stay there again. Sits on a very nice golf course

All was as expected, the check-in was a smooth transition, the room was very ckean, the staff were very helpful and professional and the view of the golf course from our room was beautiful to wake uo to. The pool wasnt open, which was a shame as it looks like a good sized area to chill and relax.

Came back to our room in the evening to find the lights on and our door open. Had to go to front desk to ask someone to investigate the room for our safety before we would attempt to enter. As far as the "continental breakfast" it was simply set up in what looked like an old room. Variety and amount of food available was the poorest I have ever seen while traveling. This property is not what it used to be years ago.

The bedroom need more deep cleaning mainly vacuum in the carpet and sofa. After 2nd day in my stay my allergy has started. The breakfast room is terrible, the worst I got in my entire life, it is an adapted apartment used for it, and nobody there to assist.

The hotel was not up to par. The breakfast was definitely trash. The staff was however friendly the housekeepers don’t speak English as well as they didn’t clean well they said they only washed sheets on two days out the week the kitchen one day they said the power was out overall the state wasn’t all of that, said the, the staff, especially in the front desk was nice.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place calls itself a “spa and resort,” but it’s nothing more than a run-down, falling-apart motel pretending to be something it’s not. The entire building looks and feels like it hasn’t been updated or properly maintained since the 1980s. No wonder so many reviews mention it feeling more like a cheap motel than any kind of resort. But the breakfast buffet? That was the absolute low point and downright disgusting. The “buffet” was a sad, half-empty spread that had clearly been sitting out for hours, burnt omelets, mushy hasbrowns, stale pastries that tasted like cardboard. The coffee was weak and tasted burnt. Flies were buzzing around the food uncovered trays, and the whole area smelled sour and unclean. gross! I wouldn’t stay at this place anymore.
