「this was pretty much exactly what you would expect. The only reason I can’t give the staff five stars is because the host was so clearly incredibly sick. I felt bad for her having to be there, but I also felt the need to stay as far away as possible and sanitize the key card she touched」

「Pursuing full refund for this experience. There were bodily fluids in the bed and active construction going on at the hotel. I could not rest or work in the hotel room while visiting family member was in the hospital 」

「Roaches in the room upon arrival, housekeeping didn't service the room during my stay (4 days) ran out of toiletries and paper had to go buy some, had to re-use bath towels, bedding wasn't changed during my stay. Continental breakfast was a joke 2 choices of cereal, bananas, bagels or toast, only had apple juice because machine was broken. However the bed was comfortable, hot shower, pretty much a one night only hotel. Probably find somewhere else to stay next time I come to town.」

「Wasn’t anything like I thought. We rebooked and the house keeper walked in on us and was rude she told us it was time to go and we stated we rebooked our room. She was extremely rude and unprofessional 」
