"Overall the stay was ok, but we had to request an ironing board which was supposed to be in the room, the iron had the prongs bent on the cord, and the coffee maker didn't work. Parking is $15 a day and if you're looking to charge an EV, it's Invisible Urban charging stations, Plugshare will say it's free but it isn't. So you're looking to pay roughly $40 a night for parking/ charging on top of room rates. Breakfast is $18 per person for minimal continental meal so consider in all the added fees when booking."

"The room was great! Just be ready for a bunch of hidden fees. You have to pay 35$ per night for parking that is charged to your room on top of the 32$ per night for hotel fees. They want 150$ a night for incidentals that’s due at check in. so on top of paying for the room upon check in they wanted another 900$. They did inform us anything we charged to our room and the parking would come out of the incidentals. They will also charge your card randomly. We woke up to a 200$ charge and they said we were 500$ into the 900$ and they just wanted to “make sure we had enough money” they didn’t ask or anything. Room service is an extra 35$ on top of the expensive food with the 10$ delivery fee, 10$ automatic gratuity and all the taxes they add on. The resort is beautiful i just think they should disclose a lot of things that they did not "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family. Spacious rooms and while there’s no such thing a a super comfortable hotel bed, this hotel’s beds weren’t terrible. They front staff was very friendly. My husband and I forgot our toothbrushes and they gave us some with toothpaste for free. It’s close to a gas station and near the airport and the price was great. We’ll be back!"

"The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff at check out was however not very knowledgeable but the lady at check in was fantastic. The breakfast was also really good but it should be complimentary!"
