「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that,...

「Room was clean but super small. Very noisy when they have guests for party or family events. Not worth the money.」

「Unclean and a little run down. Did not even have a bed side lamp so not able to read my book without disturbing my partner. We didnt spend any time in the livingroom as the couch was dirty with lots of marks on it. Lots of rules and high safety deposit that were not informer about until after the cancellation day had past. They have the right to enter the appartment while youre there wirhout notification but anything that you loose while there, even in a safe, they will not be responsible for....

「我喜歡有天窗的房間。床單和地毯也很乾淨。只是浴室淋浴間有黃漬，床頭櫃的抽屜裡還有似乎前一個旅客遺留下來用剩的咖啡和糖包，這些清潔細節需要再加強。如果可以再提供旅客吹風機和掛大衣的勾勾或桿子就好囉！」

「Lovely breakfast provided and thoughtful, ample parking and easy access to the ao arena, taxis and takeaways nearby easily located would reccomend, only thing was working out the heating ! 😀 」
