「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. 「For the price the rooms were lovely and clean the staff were kind and helpful Nothing was missing and even though the facilities are aged it’s very obvious they are well looked after. Bed was large and quite comfy and bedding was also clean and comfy. Late checkout was £10 for 1pm which is amazing I have no complaints and will be returning」
