I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. 「Beautiful hotel right by all the shops and bars. Lovely fun room with lots of little touches- the attention to detail is fab. Bed was massive and super comfy. We had a studio suite and there was a bed settee, a little bar area where we had pre drinks and everything was so nice. Would definitely recommend and we’ll 100% return! 」
