「We were extremely happy with our stay. The area is lovely and friendly. The property was spotless, cosy and welcoming. Many facilities supplied as extra too. Will definitely return.」

「We arrived at this venue last weekend, and within a minute of being shown to our room we decided there is no way we could possibly stay there. The entire place is absolutely filthy, really appalling. I complained about this but the owner responded and i quote “not my problem pal, get what you pay for”. Stay well clear」

「To talk to staff you have to call a number then text them your booking details and your full name and then wait for them to give you the code to your room, room was not clean for example poo stains in the toilet, dead spider on the wall, wall paper coming off, door handle to bathroom was broken and all the units where falling apart.」

「The room was not at all what the picture looked like. Mold on the bathroom roof due to no ventilation. Wallpaper held up by tape. Generally dirty and not a clean room. 」

「Grundsätzlich gut, allerdings ist die Unterkunft schon arg außerhalb. Bis in die Innenstadt brauch man gute 20 Minuten zu Fuß.」

「we wanted somewhere for an overnight stay after flying back from Greece to Manchester before driving back to the north east. I'll start with the pros. beds were clean and very comfy. tea/facilities in the room were welcome. staff lovely. good and safe parking. very quiet hotel. breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before a 2 hour plus journey. 5 minutes walk to wetherspoons where we went for tea and couple of drinks. cons. yes it was a little dirty in places ie main passageways...

「The room didnt smell nice and the beds werent comfortable. The hotel is in need of some maintaining The room didnt look the same as the photos on the Internet The room had lots of noise from outside and on the second night there were people shouting and arguing on the floor above which then carried on outside.」
