"We stayed in this hotel the night before and the night after our cruise. The shuttle the hotel uses does not run 24/7. We almost missed our 5:30 am flight because we were counting on the shuttle. We were in the hotel lobby before 4 am. The shuttle picked us up around 4:15 am but then made other stops and we didn't get to the hotel until 4:41 am and our flight left at 5:30 am. Luckily we made it through security and our gate wasn't too far as they were near the end of boarding as we made it there. I would not take the shuttle for early departures. "

"Room was clean, comfortable and nice. Tv and internet works. No bugs in the room or mold. An older building but nice."

"Old and tired interior and furnishings. The water smelled and tasted horrible. Made the whole room smell like sulphur."

"The staff was great! The staff was kind as well. The room was super clean and the shower had great hot water. We did notice a few spots or stains on a couple things, but clearly they were just stuck on. They weren't fresh stains. Everything was clean and obviously gets cleaned! This next note is not a complaint, just writing so people know, there is a bar literally in the parking lot of the hotel. Great dive bar if you're into that! There is smoking permitted inside. But you will hear people come and go, hear the music, and smell cigarettes. That being said, I never felt unsafe or anything like that. The sound carries a bit but that's it really. It was a nice hotel super close to the airport and other parts of Jacksonville. If you want a cheap room to leave your stuff in and sleep in, this is a great place. Walking distance to a few spots as well. Will stay again if I'm in the area."

"We stayed here recently and based our stay from the photos and reviews posted on Expedia. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos of remodeled rooms. Our room was entirely outdated, had a bathroom fan that nearly shook the room, and there is no breakfast or pool available, despite having numerous pictures posted of breakfast and pool. They did remove those amenities from the listing due to remodeling, but did not update photos. The room did its job of being a place to stay, but I would not recommend it in the current state. "
