Great newer hotel with a unique appearance and style. It’s relatively close to everything. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was very well equipped, stylish, and upscale. It’s on the smaller side, which gives you a more personal experience and the elevators move quickly.

After breakfast on my last day about 10:30am I went to front desk to get a key since I left mine in the room, they couldn’t find me in the system and said I wasn’t in the room that I had been in for 5 days??? They made me wait till someone took me to room to let me in, i quickly grabbed my bags went to lobby gave them the key and said I’m checking out. Now running late since i had to wait in line, wait for them to NOT find me in their system, and wait for someone to escort me to my room to let me in No My taxi was waiting for me and the hotel stopped the taxi from taking me to the airport until they checked the room to insure I didn’t steal any towels. A 4 star hotel, Are you kidding me!

Lovely hotel

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the service was excellent. However, there are a few things I’d like to mention. The hotel is still a work in progress, which is a bit disappointing as I would have loved to experience it once fully completed. The construction sounds can be a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, considering the hotel isn’t entirely finished, it feels a bit much to pay the full price. As for breakfast, the selection is quite limited, so I would recommend exploring other options nearby, such as eating out or grabbing something from 7-Eleven.

Holidays in a construction place ? This hotel is nothing compared with the pictures you see on several booking platforms. It is under heavy construction and only one of the four planed buildings is somewhat ready (39 of planed 209 rooms) Non of two pools are ready Non of the three bars are ready No cafe or gym No restaurant No lobby It is under heavy construction - a lot of noises and chemical smells of the painting in progress etc. and the place as such is absolutely not as mentioned in the description and pictures you find on the booking platforms or on the website of the hotel. Maybe in March/April 2025 it is worth to look at the hotel ( I have my doubts that this construction place will be finished by then) The room I booked was a superior suite. It is rather small for Phuket and very much full of (nice and stylish) furniture. The room has a desk as well as a microwave and a bigger fridge and a sink like a small kitchenette set up in the room. The bed looked very comfortable, but I did not try it as I tried as fast as I could to leave the place - this is no base for a relaxing Holiday. The balcony is not more than a small step out with no seating etc., but you should and you actually can’t anyway sit outside because of the construction going on. They are offering shuttle service to the beach which is 2 km or around 20 mins away in traffic. The pictures I am posting are made on December 6 and 7th. I booked the hotel via Expedia as a package with flights and

Værelserne er meget lydte, meget små og utroligt dårligt indrettet i forhold til at bevæge sig rundt. Personalet har været super flinke og hotellet er overordnet set fint nok. Vi blev dog beskyldt for at have stjålet en taske fra værelset hvilket vi ikke havde og endte med at måtte betalt 350kr for at kunne komme videre til lufthavnen, da vi havde travlt. Det er nok det mest grænseoverskridende jeg har prøvet, og det trækker virkelig hele oplevelsen på hotellet ned.
