"Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly "

"Everything was in order, we were missing a chair and they got us one right away. The accessible room when showering, water got all over the bathroom floor and they offered to clean up for us, I declined but just asked for extra towels and they brought it. Then gave us free breakfast coupons for our troubles. "

"It was clean, it was comfortable; didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast as we had to get to the airport. However, we were on the 2nd floor near the entrancc below and some “ladies” decided to yell and argue right outside. Another person decided to have a loud phone convo near our room door—both happening after midnight. Not hotel’s fault but still, contributed to restless/no sleep. Next time will insist on a quieter room location. I had asked for a no-connecting room but got one anyway. Meh."

"I arrived around 5 PM for check-in. Everything went well. The front desk staff was very kind after checking into my room. Everything was neat and clean. I changed into my swimsuit arrived at the pool. It was tons of kids under 10 in the hot tub. It was clearly over capacity, which was listed for 29 people total. It was easily 50 kids in a pool in the pool/hot tub. After speaking with the staff about the pool situation I was informed that it’s like that every Saturday had I known that I would’ve chose other options as I am a 49 year old woman who actually went there to relax in the hot tub. "

"We've been staying at the Harbor Court for over thirty years, whenever we're back visiting. While I still think it's a great place, I'd say that the price is a bit higher than is justified by an interior that hasn't really been significantly updated since the 1990s. The staff was always helpful and friendly. At least when you spoke to them in person. They also use a texting process that doesn't actually seem to work, other than to get you signed up for their loyalty program. I never got an answer the several times I posed questions over text. I'll say that I got an "upgrade" e-mail that indicated I could pay a little more for a larger room on the 6th floor. That upgrade was available when I checked in, but it was on the third floor and had fewer windows. I brought it to the staff's attention immediately, but I never really got a resolution, other than that they agreed to knock a little bit of the upgrade charge off. I wouldn't have "upgraded" had they not falsely stated what the upgrade would be, so that was disappointing."

"Very nice and clean location, within minutes of walking distance to several restaurants. Jasmine the receptionist who checked me in was very friendly and ensured my stay was perfect."
