「We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House. The room was exactly as it was in the pictures, very clean and spacious and most importantly QUIET at night (other than the occasional plane flying overhead). Justin at the front desk was extremely friendly and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the area. 「The location is GREAT. Right in the middle of Fells Point, everything super walkable. The hotel is very pretty and charming. It felt very clean and well taken care of. The hotel also has a nice-sized private courtyard in which you can smoke without bothering anyone. Two small issues: 1, On one day, housekeeping did not visit our room despite hanging a tag asking for service. Perhaps they were understaffed that day? 「Adrianne over and beyond during my check in. I went through a 3rd party vendor and chose the wrong dates. She was very patient and explanatory on exactly what I needed to do to fix my own error. She provided my wife and kids with comfort as well while we sorted things out. She was the only staff at the desk that evening and I watched her multi task helping others with their stay and providing linen or etc to others during their stay.
