「I had a very negative experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor from the beginning. When I entered the room, there was already an unpleasant smell. In the bathroom, I found hair in the sink, and it was clear that the shower had not been properly cleaned.
The bed was also in bad condition — the sheets were wrinkled as if they had already been used, and there were hairs on them, which made it seem like the bedding had not been changed for the next guest.
