Staff was wonderful. Very helpful especially Anna, the lady at the front desk (night shift) Anna's partner a male guy and Luccio. They make our extraordinary stay.
The place was old run down & dirty, I didn’t end up spending the night, the price was good but the elevators, bathroom everything thing was old and gross. The receptionist who checked me in was great but other than that I have no positive review about location. You get what you pay for.
Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok. Room is ok.

Staff was nice and friendly breakfast was wonderful. Location is quiet and pleasant. Only issue was bad smell in the rooms. My co worker almost vomted.
I actually left immediately after checking in. First, the lobby smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. By the way, the person checking me in was very nice. Second, I walk in the room, willing to give it a chance, but the second I picked up a pillow, a strange smell came from it, like many-days unwashed hair. Then noticed the other pillows also had the same smell. Decided to leave. Will not recommend. The pictures from Expedia made it look nice. Trust me, it wasn’t.
This place was so dirty and the bathroom smelled so musty! I would not suggest you stay here if you’re used to clean hotels…The staff was nice tho when I picked up my key and returned it.
The hotel was terrible. Always dirty. The hallways were filthy. There were dead bugs on the side of my bed and the toilet was clean. I grew up in Fairfield and used to stay here when it was LaQuinta and it was much better.

The breakfast is minimal, and the parking lot was not well shoveled. The staff was very helpful, though.

The staff was super helpful and nice. However the room itself, and property is diss
Hotel requires renovation. Exterior doors had wires hanging out where card readers belong and the common area carpets were dirty and patched. Had to search for a functional ice machine. The bed was comfortable and staff friendly. Ok for a one night stay if you don't mind the faults.

The worst place ever I seen , this Ramada hotel branch is the worst place , I will never recommend this place to anyone, Dirty , poor staff services , breakfast was the worst ever ,
The staff was fine. The ironing board was dirty and badly stained. The hallway carpet is badly in need of replacement. In general the hotel is in serious need of upgrading.

First time in NJ and first stay at this hotel, but I've stayed at Wyndham hotels in the past.
CONS: It was visibly aged with few amenities. The few pieces of equipment in the gym were all broken as was the water machine. So no workong out. Staff was hardly around to ask questions. There was no room cleaning or services, even though I requested it. I had to hunt down Staff on two occasions to ask for replacement towels and soap. Also the location is bad unless you have a car - you will need an Uber to access malls and to connect with other tramait services to go into NY.
PROS: breakfast - though basic-came with the stay - toast, waffles, mini muffins, bagels, yogurt, apples, oranges and cereal. No hot foods (eggs, sauaage, bacon, potatoes). Also, there was coffee/tea/hot chocolate available by front desk throughout the day. There is a newly opened Starbucks and Raising Canes within walking distance which gives better food options.
Overall it was a decent hotel, not too noisy, I felt safe, my room was clean on arrival. One of the room attendants - Ana - was really nice too! She loaned me a charger and turns out her sister has my name.
Room was filthy. It was after midnight when I checked in after a long day of travel and flights otherwise I would’ve walked out and found something else. I did leave a day early. I couldn’t sleep there any longer.
Problem 1: cleanliness —A bunch of blood on a pillow. It wasn’t fresh it was obviously washed but still a ton of blood that should’ve been trashed by staff. A bra hanging in closet. Parts of the vinyl floor throughout room was sticky.
Problem 2: paper thin walls— I was constantly awaken by yelling in halls and people in room aside me head board banging.
Problem 3: Bed comfort. I travel a lot and the bed may be worst I’ve slept in. I woke up with sore back and hips. Couldn’t get comfortable at all.
The lobby and hallways were very dirty too. Lots of leaves and trash in walkway to breakfast area. Hallway carpets are horribly stained and dirty. The place probably could’ve used a remodel 8-10 years ago.
Parking was good and well lit along west side.
Staff was nice the property condition isn’t their fault.
Breakfast very very very basic.

It's the worse I stayed in years. The AC unit was so loud, like waves crashing on seashore all night long, even when we turned down the temp. The bathtub was dirty, like it has not been cleaned. The window face parked cars so if we open the curtain everyone can see in. We booked 8 nights and was given a room without a dresser to store clothes. A light was broken. Closet door stuck. When asked to change our room, the front desk staff told us that all rooms are without dressers. But the next night she told us we can change to another room. We changed to a room with a dresser and a cleaner bathroom. However, a dresser's top drawer face was loose and clothes would fall out if we're not careful. We told the front desk and it was never fixed. The dresser also has big dents on top. 4 nights out of 8 the door card would not work and we have to go back to front desk to have the door card reactivated. I stayed in this hotel several years ago when it was Laquinta brand. I had a good experience and that's why I choose to stay in it again even though the rating is low. I have to go back to NJ every month to take care of a sick relative. I will never stay in this hotel again.
The staff was lovely, especially the front desk and laundry personnel— however the property is very run down, and not particularly clean, and nothing was really nice at all except from the tv which was new. We actually questioned whether we had booked the wrong hotel.
