They do appear to have a programme of renovations in hand, but our corner room had several cracked window panes and dated furnishings. 「Good location, huge carpark, comfy bed , very quiet rooms, and really good friendly helpful staff. Only downside in the room was the shower which was very weak. Breakfast wasnt great, £14 each for a buffet but the quality wasn't great but it's hard when you're massive catering like that I suppose. Overall a nice comfortable stay and we would use it again.」

It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation.
