"Breakfast was poor in so many ways, ground floor toilets was dirty as someone had toileted on the seat and also others were dirty. Twin beds were too close together On the positive it was a good location for the market square and castle, reception were really helpful from check in to,check out and in between, they were all friendly and professional and treated us like individuals rather than just another guest."

My room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and with a fresh new-style interior that made the stay even more enjoyable. "Impressive hotel with Scandinavian nods throughout. Upon arrival Joanna was absolutely amazing. She made us for super welcome and explained everything in detail. The room was perfect, uber cool, clean, with everything you require. Joanna gave us recommendations for food and drink and they didn’t disappoint. Breakfast, amazing, huge amounts of choice and fresh. Location is awesome. No need to worry about a thing."
