"Apartment was so clean, supplied with all the necessary materials to cook. Complimentary coffee, tea, washing tablets and other things like ear plugs. Easy check in and out and lots of storage in the apartment, bed was comfortable all sheets were clean. Apartment was in a great location right next to Columbia Metro station. Couldn’t recommend Limehome any more one of the best places I’ve stayed in!! Nothing bad to say "

"There are many goods and a few bads about this property. I’ll start with the good. It is a very modern hotel and the rooms have an excellent layout with all the amenities you could hope for. Great I room coffee, nice shower and really comfortable beds. The bad – the hotel is grossly understaffed. The shuttle is terrible and no correspondence was given to us about where to catch the shuttle from Madrid airport, which is enormous. We ended up having to get a local person to phone the hotel to get instructions only to find out it runs every hour and they take three hours of breaks during the day. It took over an hour from when we were ready to get the shuttle till when it picked us up.In the morning it was a gong show with people trying to get onto the shuttle to get to their morning flights. Many people had to take taxis at their own expense. Then there’s the restaurant. The quality of food is OK but the staff are completely overrun. I don’t think the hotel anticipated how busy the restaurant was going to be. The buffet breakfast is also OK… Unfortunately, some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had in Europe and the orange juice tasted like water down Kool-Aid. The hotel website is also subpar and nobody responds to online inquiries. I think this hotel is really good value for the money but would advise future guest to forget the shuttle and just take a five minute taxi to the hotel. Increase your shuttle frequency or remove it as a perk with your hotel."

"Avoid this place. The room is so tiny that they can’t fit a bed and couch. The bed takes up the entire room. So the bed sits above the couch and with a lid raised up to the ceiling so that the couch can be used. At night it is lowered up to about a 4.5ft height. Need to used stairs to get into the bed. And if you need to get up at night you can only imagine the chaos. The air conditioning didn’t function. They just enough shampoo for one wash. Towel for one person. I can go on but this should give you the idea. Otherwise it is reasonably clean with helpful staff. Very uncomfortable to spend a night."

"My sister and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. She was part of the Mercedes-Benz group reservation, and I extended our stay with a separate booking. From check-in, the service was poor. Despite two guests checking in together, the receptionist provided only one key and completely ignored me until I requested my own. Later, an Uber Eats order delivered to reception was never reported to me. When I called, the receptionist (Sara) initially denied it had arrived. After I referenced the delivery photo, it was suddenly found. She then refused to assist and hung up on me—twice. When I went downstairs, several staff members dismissed my concerns. One even stated that notifying guests of deliveries was “not their responsibility.” No apology, no solution, and no accountability. The entire interaction reflected a serious lack of training, professionalism, and management oversight. What made matters worse was the misleading online listing. The Expedia/Hotels.com page prominently displays a pool as the first image, yet there is no pool. We were also told that access to the sauna and jacuzzi requires an additional €30 fee, which was not clearly disclosed. Housekeeping also repeatedly failed to replenish basic items such as water and coffee. Overall, this property fell far below the standards expected of a hotel serving corporate groups. Between the misleading advertising, unprofessional staff, and poor guest service, I cannot recommend it."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, the room was super comfortable, and the breakfast had really good options to choose from. A wonderful experience overall, we would happily stay here again!"
