I loved my stay here. The price is a little over the top since I stayed in a suit, because they don’t allow more than 3 people in a room, but for two nights it was worth it. The location was perfect and the breakfast was the best, and let’s not forget about the rooftop. The drinks at the bar were so good and the food too.

Lovely hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and smiling. There's a beautiful rooftop pool. The only negative is that the pool is quite small for the size of the hotel, and there's a lack of sunbeds and especially sun umbrellas

Great hotel

We were happy with our stay. The hotel is stylish, in a great location and very clean. We were a bit disappointed though as only one of the two rooms was ready when we arrived at 3pm and we waited almost an hour for the second room. But the rooms were very nice, well designed, clean and beautiful. We used the pool a lot and really enjoyed it as it was quite hot in Madrid during the days we stayed.

Overall it was nice hotel with friendly staff…. However negatives were the lifts are slow and the room service the food was a let down… ordered a burger and the presentation was poor with maybe 10/12 fries on the plate and no ketchup etc etc so that could be better given the price plus no one picked up the phone several times over different days when we called reception
