「Just an awesome place to stay. Spacious, clean, every amenity. Would stay here any time i come back to Madrid and will not even look elsewhere. We were concerned about being a little further from the touristy areas but never waited more than about 2 minutes for a taxi. There are nice places nearby to eat, as well. Definitely not in the middle of the most visited sites but having a full apartment that is fully stocked with that staff they have is more than worth that small trade-off. ...

To be more transparent with your guests you should state somewhere in the initial room details, that there is no room cleaning service for reservation under 7 days. This came as a surprise to us, as no one came in for daily cleaning, garbage pickup. Until we asked and found out our 5 night stay didn’t qualify. We asked or a broom, extra garbage bags, and toilet paper, and it was delivered promptly to our room. Again, very nice location,...
