Hotel Exe Plaza, overall was good, room very clean and the building itself it is in good condition, staff was very friendly and did make us feel welcome. The location it is excellent because sub station and bus station are very close to the hotel making it easy to commute and close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Highly recommended.

It’s a newly renovated room we had and very spacious for a family of 3. It’s next to Mac’s and Taco Bell. 2 minutes to local bakery and metro station.

Convenient for me, as have family nearby, but probs if not would stay closer to centre. However, the metro is right outside hotel, which is very good we used a lot and there are few nice coffee shops very close, which are good for breakfast. Overall, I like the location, its vibrant and transport good from here.

Great Hotel in a convenient location for exploring Madrid. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We had a family room which had everything we needed and the breakfast buffet had all the choices we could possibly want (and more!!)

unfortunately this hotel is in a location that was at least 30 minutes away (by car) from where we wanted to be. Not the fault of the hotel, it is what it is. There are a few food options that are walkable from the hotel. The room had no coffee or tea maker. The restaurant opens at 7am. The staff is very courteous and promptly took care of any requests we had. It's a fine hotel; just be sure the location is good for you. Thank you!

Excellent family stay

Fabulous stay and highly recommend the connecting family rooms. Hotel was spotless. Not sure why the bar and restaurant weren't open the weekend we were there.
