「We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo).
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive.
There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel.
Can’t recommend highly enough!」
「This guy s a fantastic hotel! Wonderful facilities and food.
Also, the staff are super helpful and friendly - sent us to a great garage who fixed our broken rear view mirror
The area is spectacular!
A five star place!」
「Beautiful peaceful location but only 20 minutes from Lucca, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable with a great view. Swimming pool great a really relaxing stay. Restaurant next door also very good food 😊」
「Everyone was so welcoming! Ina at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond and gave great recommendations. Great location as well very walkable to the historic area. The rooms were nice as well. Definitely recommend」
「We felt the warm hospitality of our hosts. They were helpful with navigating us to interesting sites in Lucca and suggest more scenic towns to visit. Our room was outstanding an we were very comfortable. The spa was a plus. The B&B is fitted with state of the art access control and we were free to access the common areas if needed. We recommend this B&B for great value and hospitality.」
「A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city. The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel. In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time.」
「Seamless check-in process, spotless room, fantastic air-conditioning (which was very important during the summer), large parking lot for my car, very close to the city centre, would stay there again.」
「Le Dimore del Borgo is just on the outskirts of Lucca, 5min walk and you enter the walls of Lucca. Parking at the hotel is limited, about 10ish cars in total directly at the back of the hotel in an off street secure parking lot.
The hotel reception is not staffed 24-7.
The rooms were very clean and spacious, with cooking facilities and dining table. The bathroom was very clean.
There is no bar or restaurant in this hotel, but breakfast is available if booked in advance (I believe it is...
「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. This hotel is not in the very center of Lucca but still convenient enough, as the old town which is...
