Magnífica estancia en el Ibis Paris Monparnasse

Excelente ubicación. El servicio fenomenal. La habitación algo pequeña pero muy confortable. En general todo excelente.

Hotel bruyant et inamical !

Chambre au rez de chaussée, qui vibre toutes les 30s au passage du métro... aucune écoute de la réception pour changer de chambre...et 2 tables qui se battent en duel pour le petit déjeuner... nous ne reviendrons plus jamais dans cet hôtel !

Lavabo bouché en arrivant, donc ménage du lavabo impossible à faire par femme de ménage, baguette arrachées et non remises, donc ménage fait très superficiellement, ascenseur faisant un bruit énorme au départ, donc crainte de rester enfermé. Réparations ont pris 48 h après plusieurs demandes; En rentrant tard le soir musique et personnages à l'entrée de l'hôtel et dans le hall qui n'inspiraient pas confiance, gros pb de management et aucun contrôle par la "soit disant" responsable. A pris note de mes récrimination, devait régler cela en 48h j'attends toujours. Ne mérite pas ses étoiles. A déconseiller

Hôtel ripoliné, mais standards actuels absents

Un seul point positif : accueil professionnel et chaleureux. MAIS un séjour très décevant : Ascenseur vétuste, secousses et bruits inquiétants Chambre attribuée non faite depuis le départ du client précédent ! Personnel de chambre + encadrement défaillants Je redescends > une 2è chambre m'est attribuée, je suis gentiment "surclassé", haut plafond, moulures... Mais chauffage défaillant, pas de prise rasoir dans la sdb, vacarme canalisations venant des wc/douches des étages supérieurs Record battu de la salle petit déjeuner la plus petite !!! Une responsable surgit dans ce "couloir-pdj", ignore les 2 clients présents, interpelle la serveuse sur la venue du technicien machine à café, fait bruyamment le point devant nous. IBIS réveille-toi ! Reprise en main urgente !

Pratique pour un train tôt le matin. A quelques minutes à pied de la Gare Montparnasse. Chambre calme mais minuscule tout comme la salle de bain. Peu de choix au petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable.

A 2 pas de la gare Montparnasse

Hôtel situé à 2 pas de la gare Montparnasse. Chambre agréable, bien exposée et bien insonorisée mais pas très spacieuse. Impossible d'avoir une chambre avec des lits jumeaux plutôt qu'un lit double. Quelques points d'amélioration : cuvette des toilettes entartrée, moquette sous le lit très poussiéreuse (bien que très accessible pour un aspirateur).

Short walk to Gare Montparnesse

Typically small Paris hotel room. Clean. Exceptionally close to Gare Montparnesse. Reasonably priced for Paris. Quiet. Would stay there again if the need arises.

Très mauvaise literie !!!!

La literie est déplorable. Il n'y a pas de matelas, mais juste un sur matelas posé sur le sommier. Pour une chambre a ce prix c'est impardonnable !!! Autre point noir, avec la carte we de la sncf, si on passe par la sncf pour la resa, les petits déj doivent être offert... Et bien non !!! Ils ne connaissent pas. Donc mauvaise foi ou publicité mensongere de la sncf. Je suis très decue !
