「Room appeared clean, but I’m quite certain I got bed bugs the day after. The pool did not seem to have been serviced in a while, not a single smell of cleanliness. No pool towels until later. Walked by 2 hotel staff cleaning rooms and blatantly complaining about how many rooms they’re assigned to clean. But the main lobby was well maintained, nice seating areas that my family hung out in. 「The room was not what we expected. The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows were so thin they were barely considered pillows. We had no refrigerator. The cabinet was empty, where the refrigerator used to be. The bathroom was important condition. The toilet was barely flushing. the faucet was extremely loose. The pool was closed while we were there for cleaning, but we never saw anyone actually cleaning it and as far as the breakfast goes, it’s a bagel and a waffle or a bowl of cereal were not...

「Great location! Clean, well-equipped, open and spacious apartment. We got a premium one. It was a corner apartment, so we enjoyed a lot of natural light. Cookies in the room were an unexpected and tasty treat! It was a bit noisy at night, but the white noise machine took care of that nicely. Smart touch. We plan to return some day. :)」

「This hotel is a chaos. There are people who have not even rented rooms are coming from almost all doors and it is crowded with all kinds of noises and people. There is security risk to life of residence at the hotel. I had informed the GM John so many times and he didnt do nothing about it. it is not only me who complained right after me there were 6 guests who had similar complains. We were there for 5 days and it felt like a nightmare」
