「Lots of hotel activities for both adults and children. Stayed for 3 nights and still so much yet to enjoy! It’s a resort you can stay without going outside! But Patong Elephant Care is a short 5-min walk away (through the beach route), worth spending an hour or two there!」

「The hotel was great! We had one of the rooms that was connected to the pool; definitely recommend! The staff was always very helpful and friendly! The only down fall is the how inconvenient it would be to get a ride to Patong due to location.」

Facilities opening time) were not answered clearly and adequately. When we check-in, they mixed up our information with other guests. Just minor problems. Generally, it was an excellent experience.」

The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. 」

「We were happy with our stay. Our room was gorgeous and a nice size. The view from our patio/balcony oversaw Patong beach and the city. AC, TV, Wi-Fi all worked well. Staff were very nice. They kindly held our baggage after checkout for 6hrs before departing to airport without charge, thank you so much! The only cons are it’s a little pricy and located on a mountain/hill. There is a small convenience store nearby that you can access. It’s easier to walk 10mins downhill to the beach, restaurants...

「Great location minutes from the beach. A few block away from Bangla Walking Street. Plenty of street venders and shops nearby. Room and street is fairly quiet considering the location. Room had good AC, very spacious. Would book this again for next Phuket trip.」

「Before book the hotel, I saw most of comments are negative or unhappy experience. However I saw the photos of the hotel gym, so I booked and try. No parking in this hotel. So I park in street parking (No fee). The check in process is smooth and welcome drink provided. The staff guide me to the room and prepare ice water for me. The gym is excellent!! It is professional setting and personal trainer available on site. I stay three nights in the hotel, I went to gym 6 times during whole stay....
