Clean rooms, friendly staff, 2 mins walk to beach. The couple of lows are there is no beach facing room available and no social scene in the lobby. Its a good place to if you don’t care about that and need a clean comfortable place close to all the fun stuff.

Really nice little hotel, just in the alley way by the beach walking street, plenty food options, grocery and massage.10 min walk to major shopping mall. The hotel is nice and clean with minimal style. A bit better than the pictures show on Expedia in my opinion. Recommend

A great hotel in a great location. Located directly opposite Patong Beach and surrounded by loads of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly. There is no lift so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues but if you're looking for something reasonably priced, clean, tidy and centrally located, then I would recommend Tiras Patong Beach.

I would recommend.

Nice hotel. difficult for taxis to find but very friendly staff. Rooms were ok and I had no trouble with any noise despite the proximity to busy areas. Couple of things could do with updating in the room but overall really good value for money. Just remember no lift.

TIRAS Beach hotel is very modern and walking distance to the nightlife, malls and many great restaurants. Double Rooms are very spacious, however the TV is a bit small compared to the ratio of the room size with limited channels. The room I stayed in are keep very clean however it definitely needs an upgrade perhaps some some newer towels, fresh paint as “paint chips” on bathroom frame are peeling. If you’re a heavy sleeper and don’t mind some fireworks going off at night- this hotel is perfect for the travelers on a budget managed by an excellent staff. Would stay here again !

I loved my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and has everything you need. I especially loved the bathroom, plenty of toiletries are provided and the shower is huge! The staff at this hotel are lovely and are happy to help if you need anything. The location is another good point, it is across the road from the beach. If you want to do some shopping, there are market and food stalls right outside as it is tucked away inside a little market alley off a main road. It is so easy to walk to places like the beach, Bangla Road, Jungceylon, and various markets. Even just walking down the street you can find so many interesting shops. Since the hotel is located in an area famous for nightlife, there will be some noise from the street so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. My room was located on the third floor, and there are no elevators. This was okay with me, but if you have a lot of heavy luggage or aren’t able to lift upstairs, that would be a challenge. Overall, I recommend staying at TIRAS Patong if you’re looking for a bang for your buck hotel, particularly for solo travellers on a budget.

Bed was super comfortable, room was very clean and the bathroom recently remodeled and surprising spacious for room that all in was less than 250 square feet. Also there were just little details I personally liked - like the indented bed back board design, you could put things on it - I found that very convenient bc my laptop took up the night stand. And I'm unusual but I always take the stairs, so no evelator - no problem - its good for you. The place a charm and great value for the location - which given its location is OMG super quiet :) I did though have a room that faced the courtyard, so maybe that helped reduce noise as others I've stayed in around here, not quiet, but I also liked, no matter what I asked - it was ok and the lowest / best priced laundry service - ever :)

The relation of price versus value can not be beaten and just meters from the Ocean.There is no food service at this Hotel, but you are surrounded by literally hundreds of Restaurants to choose from. If you are a chi chi lady you do not like the lighting for your make up, but who cares, you are on vacation

Mir hat das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Es war stets sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer sowie der Balkon waren schön groß. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ganz nah am Strand. Etwas störend fand ich den Weg zum Hotel, man muss durch eine kleine Gasse gehen und diese Gasse ist voller Händler, die dich permanent anquatschen und dir etwas verkaufen wollen, ist in Patong leider fast überall so.
