「Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design. Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)」

「The hotel location is fantastic and convenient for travellers who use public transportation like Bus and Ferry to explore the island, only 500 meter away from the city bus terminal. 「Excellent value for money. This is a fantastic apartment unit from which to launch your Bermuda vacation. The property is located a short walk away from the beautiful Admiralty House Park and 5 minutes away from Hamilton. The hosts took care of everything we needed, including arranging taxis, and even delivered ice cold bottled water on-demand. 5/5 star experience!」

「Beautiful setting and very nice accommodations. Most staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant menus were way too exotic for our tastes. After trying both restaurants, we avoided them except for simple breakfast. Ground transportation was a very expensive problem. The resort arranged taxis (nothing else) but essentially dumped the problem on guests. 」

「they have a private beach but it is bascally a fake one, no beach only tides. We only stayed for two nights and the second night room was cleaned with no towels. we had to contact staff for two times for the towel to be brought over.」

「Lana was wonderful, very kind and helpful! The room was "Spartan" (no frills), but it served it's purpose. It was clean and comfortable. I loved having a balcony which looked out over the city of Hamilton. Although I never used the pool, I would- however -suggest that it remain cleaned simply for aesthetic reasons. I spent my time of course, enjoying the beautiful beaches of Bermuda! I will definitely return!」
