「We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Princess. The facility is lovely and the artwork is amazing. Be sure to take the self-guided tour. I would give it 5 stars except for 2 things: first, when we went to the beach club on the only day we had available to go, it was crowded with no place to get a chair, other than on one of the side beaches that had no umbrellas. We left and never got to enjoy the beach. Second, we requested a pick up at the airport and it was not there when we...

「they have a private beach but it is bascally a fake one, no beach only tides. We only stayed for two nights and the second night room was cleaned with no towels. we had to contact staff for two times for the towel to be brought over.」

Loved the heated pool, the beautiful beach, the views! The hotel is a bit dated but we didn’t care one bit. A truly authentic experience in Bermuda. Can’t wait to go back! 」

「Neal is an amazing host! We had a great time and he even drove us to the airport for our return flight since he was picking up his son there. We had a pool view room which was great - despite the hotel being fairly full, it wasn't loud at all. Breakfast was yogurt, pastries, and coffee/tea, which was perfect - we made eggs and oatmeal in our room to complement. We walked to the nearby grocery and walked a ton in Hamilton. We would definitely stay at the Rosemont again!」

「No where and no one to check in. No office. Never serviced room on Day 1 -- no bed made, towels exchanged, dishes washed. No box of tissues, shampoo, lotion -- nothing. And TV does not work for any channel of streaming services shown.」
