「Very friendly, clean and cosy. All the staff were welcoming and the property was a lovely local pub with friendly locals. We only stayed 1 night on this occasion but we will definitely use this hotel again. Very reasonable rates that included breakfast and parking in a beautiful location. 「Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. 」
