Clean, friendly staff and nice place

Clean and comfortable

Very friendly, easy check in

Wonderful stay

The room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. A few nice places in the area to chose from for dinner.

Will stay again

Nice place! Great buffet breakfast and nice indoor pool. Would stay there again.

Excellent hotel within walking a short distance from Covenant hospitals. Pleasant staff make your stay that much more enjoyable. Better than average continental breakfast in spacious and attractive breakfast room.

Great staff! Always friendly and welcoming!

We were very happy with our stay. We were a little skeptical given the low price so we were super happy to see it was in great condition, quiet and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room also had a little kitchen which was a nice bonus. Great job, My Place! We will see you again next time we are in Lubbock.

The location was great. The room was super clean, everything was working perfectly, and the staff members were very nice. It was a nice stay and we will use this hotel again. Thank you to the hotel staff members.

My second stay. Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Especially when I had a special need come up in the middle of my stay. I was able to soon get moved to a handicap accessible room without any problems. Thank you

Helpful staff, clean room.

The property grounds were littered but the area lent to that situation. The hotel is clean and the folks kind. Room was very comfortable. Some concern about safety of car at night due to no fault of the hotel.

I have stayed at this property several times now, and it has always been nice and quiet within the room. I will stay here again if I’m in Amarillo!

Very affordable quiet and safe! Staff was great! Stayed here a week for work and had zero complaints!

I stayed here because it is convenient, had everything I needed. Room was clean and staff were friendly. I read some of the recent bad reviews but it didn't reflect any of those things they posted. In fact, I stayed on a sold out day. The girl had to go an extra mile to find me a room that was a last room to be sold that day. I strongly recommend if your goal is a clean budget hotel.
